Return Product -Merchandise purchased from Uzuri Kid Kidz may be returned for a refund, per the following terms:
* Items must be returned within 30 days from invoice date.
* We do not refund costs of shipping.
* All merchandise must be in "as new" condition in its original packaging.
* The original packing slip, or a copy must be included.
* Call 614-864-3092, or email us at return@uzurikidkidz.com for a return authorization number.
* Complete and print our return form and enclose it with your package (please select appropriate the proper return code).
Damaged Product
-If you receive a damaged package, please do the following:

* Return product to us exactly as you have received it Uzuri Kid Kidz will refund your account, including the shipping.
Reporting product damage in a timely manner will ensure that we have all necessary information to credit your account when the merchandise is received.
